Every starving artist has a story. Every musician bent on making it could use a helping hand – or two – in climbing up the ladder of success. And so, The Green Room began as a way to give credit where credit’s due – to the artists and creative minds churning a musical wake in the Fox Cities, determined to succeed and undeterred by doubters who say getting signed is the only way they’ll ever “make it big.”

Here at The Green Room, we say dreams are never big enough, and a community can never show enough support to the talented crew casing something real to say to the world.

Ever-evolving and ever-diverse, the local music scene is afire. We’re out to prove it, and give area bands, singer-songwriters, ensembs and groups their time in the limelight – by going backstage to see how the magic happens – and find out why you should pay attention.
